How I work

I offer person-centred therapy in a relaxed and supportive environment.

I work with both short term interventions and long term support depending on your requirements.

I will work alongside you in a non-judgmental, confidential, empathic way which will allow you the time and space to make sense of and face whatever issues you have to enable you to move forward.

I offer a free, initial 30 minute session where we can discuss how we might work together, what challenges you wish to work on, and answer any questions you have.
