I’m Elizabeth, a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, trained at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine. I am a full member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).
It’s my mission in life to help others live healthier lives, full of energy and free of the many pesky health issues that we often feel we simply have to put up with.
My interest in nutrition developed through having to work at improving my own health. I’ve experienced severe atopic eczema, food allergies and asthma most of my life and was heavily reliant on several medications as a result.
Learning about Nutritional Therapy has helped me take back my life.
My approach is therefore one based on personal experience. I take a holistic attitude to addressing health issues. My aim is always to find the root cause of any symptoms you may be experiencing. I work with you to identify which of your bodies systems are under stress or not functioning optimally and then create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help bring the body more into balance.
Each of us is genetically and biologically unique, with different lifestyles and different goals, so common sense would tell us there is no one fits all way of eating. My goal is to understand who you are and how you live, this allows me to develop a tailor-made plan to suit your individual needs.
I believe education to be key to change. I will inform, support and empower you to make realistic, sustainable shifts in diet and lifestyle to bring about improvements in health.
