Rachel Neal Osteopathy

Rachel uses a multifaceted, evidence informed approach. She uses structural, functional and soft tissue techniques to help remove the barriers to healing. Rachel is keen to empower patients and educate on posture, exercise and stress management to achieve lasting results.

Rachel has a passion for helping people improve their quality of life.  She believes that the best results come from working together with the patient to formulate an individualised plan.

Rachel graduated with First Class Honours from The British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. She also has a degree in Sport Science and Biology.

I discovered Rachel recently through a friend’s recommendation. I wasn’t disappointed. Rachel is extremely effective at what she does. She listens to you and then adapts your treatment to your personal needs. Her practice is professional and she has a warm and calming energy. I came out of my session with a spring in my step feeling brand new.

I’ve been using Rachel for over 4 years, she’s helped me through 2 pregnancies. She is by far the best osteopath I’ve seen. She knows me so well and fixes my back every time. I wish I could see her weekly, monthly has to do!! Highly recommend her.
