Reflexology is an ancient technique that applies pressure to specific areas on the feet, face, ears and hands. These points correspond to all areas of the body which is interconnected via the nervous system. Reflexology helps restore the energy flow and balance in the body. It is great preventative health care, as well as dealing with mind and body issues such as stress, pain and lymphatic’s.
Each treatment is tailored to individual your needs. An initial in-depth consultation and investigatory session involves looking at your medical history, your current symptoms, presenting condition and need. This is then followed by us working together as a team to build a bespoke treatment plan, that works with you to ensure the treatments meet your specific needs.
