Olive Yoga with Bonnie 
Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. Yin is a slower practice, where poses are held longer to work on deep connective tissues and for relaxation.  Yang refers to a more active practice for building strength, muscles and stamina.  The class is for everyone; whether you are a beginner or have been practising for years.  Each pose has variations for different levels and different body anatomies.

Suitable for all levels.
